Payment Terms:

Initial Orders: For all new customers, payment is due in full before order We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and company checks.

Large Orders: Orders exceeding $10,000 will require a minimum 50% deposit, regardless of credit status. In some cases, where ACT is required to place a deposit with the manufacturer to initiate production or reserve inventory, a corresponding customer deposit may be due upfront.

International Orders: All international purchases require full pre-payment prior to shipping.
Non-Refundable Down Payments: Deposits required to initiate an order or secure equipment are strictly non-refundable. If the order is canceled by the customer for any reason, the full deposit will be forfeited.
Project Timeframes: Should your project be delayed for any reason, additional payments or fees may be applied.

New Equipment: Returns may be accepted no later than 30 days after order has been shipped. In addition to any manufacturer’s restocking fee that applies with return, an additional 10% will be added by ACT. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please consult with our team for speciﬁc manufacturer return policies.
Refurbished/Used Equipment: Customers may return refurbished or preowned equipment within 10 days of Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping fees. Standard Order Cancellation: Customer has 24 hours from transmittal of order conﬁrmation to cancel product/order without any cancellation/restocking fee. Beyond 24 hours from transmittal of order conﬁrmation, customers can cancel product/order and will be subject to a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Custom and special orders are non-refundable. Products/orders cancelled and rescheduled are subject to a revised ship date.

Damaged Items: Upon delivery, customers should inspect all items for damage. Any damages must be noted on the delivery documentation to qualify for any Hidden damage discovered post-delivery is not eligible for warranty or replacement.
Shipping Charges: Unless otherwise speciﬁed, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping for exchanges, returns, or repairs.
