Payment Terms:

  • Initial Orders: For all new customers, payment is due in full before order We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and company checks.

  • Project Timeframes: Should your project be delayed for any reason, additional payments or fees may be applied.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

  • New Equipment: Returns may be accepted no later than 30 days after order has been shipped. In addition to any manufacturer’s restocking fee that applies with return, an additional 10% will be added by ACT. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs both ways. Beyond 24 hours from transmittal of order confirmation, customers can cancel product/order and will be subject to a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
